Mainland Communities
Abington Woods
Abington Woods is a small gated community built by GHO in the mid-2000s consisting of 56 homes --19 surround the small lake and the rest are perimeter lots. Homes are one-story, 2 to 4-bedroom homes. There are several nature preserve areas.
Amelia Plantation
Amelia Plantation is a gated community with homes from ranging from 2000 sqft to just over 3500 sqft on 1/3 to ½ acre lots, some overlook small lakes.
Ansley Park
Ansley Park is a charming gated community built in the mid-2000s with about 90 homes with 3 small lakes located off of Oslo Road. Built by Showcase Designer Homes, one and two-story homes with distinctive classic or Key West styling are 1900 to over 3000 sq ft.
Antilles
Antilles was built by Ironwood Properties from 2005 to the present, this upscale Caribbean-designed community features several different phases. Amenities include: a clubhouse with social, billiard and card rooms, a large pool, and spa and tennis courts.
Arbor Trace
Arbor Trace was built by Southern Classic Homes and Ameritrend starting in the 2000s features homes with 3 - 5 bedrooms from just under 2000 sq ft to over 4,000 sq ft. Mature oak trees and two small lakes are some highlights of this community.
Bent Pine
Bent Pine is a golf community, that centers around the private golf course designed by renowned Joe Lee. Golf villas and single-family homes are available.
Boulevard Village
Boulevard Village is a condominium community focused on tennis. Located along Indian River Boulevard conveniently close to Vero Beach island. Small condos to large townhomes are available.
Black Bear
Black Bear consists of 24 secluded home sites among 4 small ponds and preserve land on larger lots - 1/2 to 1 acre treed lots with 4 small ponds and preserve land.
Bradford Place
Bradford Place is an attached villa and townhome community south of Oslo.
Brae Burn Estates
Brae Burn Estates is a small gated Vero Beach community featuring homes from 2,000-3,000 sq ft, many with private pools.
Bridgepointe
Bridgepointe is conveniently located near the island, this community has attached a 2-story townhome and 1-story attached villas. Standard features include granite kitchen counters, impact-resistant glass windows and doors, and metal roofs.
Citrus Springs
Citrus Springs is a community of 8 villages constructed by various builders. Small retention ponds add water views for many of the homes. They all share an optional membership large community clubhouse, common areas, tennis courts, and pool. Several of the villages also have smaller village pools.
Country Club Pointe
Country Club Pointe is an older residential area surrounding the Vero Beach Country Club. Homes vary in age and style. Some have access to canals for small boats or overlook the golf course.
Cypress Lake
Cypress Lake was built in Vero Beach in the early 2000s is located off 4th Street between 58th and 43rd Avenues. It has 3 and 4-bedroom homes surrounding a central lake.
Diamond Lake
Diamond Lake, built by Lennar, has one and two-story larger homes that range from over 2000 to over 3600 sq ft. It consists of 115 home sites surrounding 2 small lakes.
Eagle Trace
Eagle Trace has two phases. Phase 1 has 58 homes, And has 2 has 49 homes. This community has had different builders and ownership over the years.
Falcon Trace
Falcon Trace has 12 one-story and two-story homes ranging from 1536 to 3,498 sq ft all with tile roofs. Amenities include: a large Clubhouse, fitness center, basketball, tennis, volleyball, playground, wading pool, and large heated swimming pool.
Fountainhead
Fountainhead condominiums homes are located on Indian River Blvd south of 8th Street in Vero Beach. The homes vary from over 1,000 sq ft to over 2,000 sq ft plus a 1 car garage. There are 89 residences and many view the small central pond. Amenities include: a clubhouse, fitness center, and a community pool.
Grand Harbor
Grand Harbor, an upscale golf course community, offers a variety of home choices. Organized into various villages throughout the 900-acre well-landscaped community along Indian River Blvd. Homes types include condominiums, townhomes, villas, and single-family residences set among small lakes and nature preserve areas. Amenities include a clubhouse, golf course, swimming pools, tennis courts, marina, ocean club, etc.
Grove Isle
Grove Isle is a condominium community of just over 25 buildings with 4 units on the first floor and 4 units on the second floor per building, many with lake views. There are also several single-family homes on the perimeter lots. Amenities include: two clubhouse buildings, each with a community pool, tennis courts, and a nature preserve walking trail that leads to the riverfront.
Hammock Lakes
Hammock Lakes is a gated community of about 200 that surrounds 2 small lakes. These concrete block homes that were built in the early to mid 2000s start at close to 1400 to over 2000 sq ft. Amenities include: tennis court, half basketball court and large pool with heated spa. H
Kenwood Village
Kenwood Village was built by GHO that won Builder Showcase honors the year it was completed. Designed around 4 small lakes, it is gated with just over 100 homes, sizes vary from 1600 to over 2000 sq ft. Amenities include: a community pool with a cabana and a sports park with tennis and basketball.
Legend Lakes
Legend Lakes has the largest man-made lake in Vero Beach. Homes are concrete block and were constructed on 163 lots by Passage Island and Tiffany Home builders in the mid-2000’s in this gated community. Amenities include: a recreation area with 2 tennis courts and a half basketball court.
McAnsh Park
McAnsh Park is an older centrally located residential community that surrounds a park. Home styles vary and lots are typically large with mature trees. A great family community.
Millstone Landing
Millstone Landing is a gated community where several builders have constructed homes. Amenities include: the community clubhouse and large community pool.
Oak Chase
Oak Chase was built in the early 2000s and consists of 1-story homes and some 2-story homes that are concrete block on the ground floor with the 2nd-story frame construction.
Old Savannah
Old Savannah offers well-constructed concrete block homes that were built in the mid 2000s from 2300 to 3600 sqft. Homes have custom architectural details and upscale features.
Pointe West
Pointe West includes a wide variety of home styles and sizes in a planned village concept that includes medical offices, a bank, shops, and eateries in the village center. Homes vary from townhomes, villas, one and two-story single-family homes, and even more spacious homes overlooking the golf course.
Polo Grounds
Polo Grounds is a gated upscale community with 46 estate home sites on 90 acres that includes 2 polo fields and an adjacent world-class equestrian center where one can board and pasture horses in style. Lots are large, measuring about half an acre.
The Preserve
The Preserve is a charming gated community of concrete block homes built by several different builders surrounding two lakes.
River Shores
River Shores features canal-front homes in south Vero Beach that were built over the years by various builders. Popular with boaters, this community offers quick access to the Indian River Intracoastal Waterway.
Riverwind
Riverwind features quality constructed homes built by Regatta builders that feature tile roofs and impact glass windows and doors. Some homes feature lake views. Several building lots and a couple of new homes are still available. Amenities include: a community clubhouse, fitness room, HarTru tennis courts, and spacious heated pool.
Sanctuary
Sanctuary is a small gated community of just over 100 homes surrounding a small central lake with newer homes on the lake and larger lots off the lake built in the early 2000s. Amenities include: a small clubhouse, tennis courts, and a community pool.
Serenoa
Serenoa is a gated community with under 300 homes and home sites on a natural preserve or pond view lots. One-story and two-story homes are available. Amenities include: a Clubhouse and a pool.
South Lakes
South Lakes is a gated community designed around 2 small man-made lakes. Homes vary from 1700 to over 3,000 sq ft. Gas appliances and heating are available choices in this community.
Stonebridge
Stonebridge is situated between 43rd and 58th Avenues along 4th Street is a community with 3 and 4-bedroom homes built in the 1990s.
Trillium
Trillium is a gated community with townhomes, attached villas, and single-family homes with from 2 to 4 bedrooms. Amenities include: a clubhouse and a large pool.
Vero Isles
Vero Isles is located in mid-town east of Indian River Blvd and a couple of blocks from the Miracle Mile shopping area. The community has waterfront homes with deep-water canal access, making it an excellent choice for boating enthusiasts.
Vero Lago
Vero Lago is arranged into two areas – one with larger homes with more upgrade features on larger lots priced up to the mid $400,000’s and the other homes starting in the $200,000’s. Amenities include: a large clubhouse, tennis courts, a fitness center, a tot play lot, a large clubroom, and a very large heated pool.
Vero Shores and Riverpointe
Vero Shores and Riverpointe is a south Indian River county waterfront community with nearly half of the homes located along canals leading to the Indian River Intracoastal Waterway and onto the Ft Pierce. The canal depth typically varies from 2 to 3 feet. Vero Shores offers some of the most affordable waterfront homes in the area.
Riverpointe
Riverpointe is the gated sister community at the east end of Vero Shores with higher-priced waterfront homes.
Village Walk and Village Walk South
Village Walk and Village Walk South are small gated communities that are convenient to shopping and causeway access to the island. 1 or 2-story attached villas were built from the 1980s to the mid-2000s with either frame or concrete block construction. Amenities include a community pool.
Walker’s Glen
Walker’s Glen offers some lake and off-lake homes. Some homes are frame and some are concrete block construction. Lawn care is included in the HOA fees.
Waterford Lakes
Waterford Lakes features smaller homes on narrow lots. Amenities include: a community pool and play lot for children.
Waterway Villages,
Waterway Villages is a 696 acre Vero Beach gated mainland community featuring DiVosta construction that includes “villages” with high-end amenities that vary in each “village.” Amenities include: clubhouses, fitness center, pool, tennis and pickle ball courts.
Woodfield
Woodfield is a 55+ community designed for active residents who want outstanding amenities which include: a clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts, and huge heated pool.
